Aloha & Konnichiwa!

 

I go by Ms. Katt, but my legal name is Hisako.  I grew up in Japan and came to Maui in October, 2000.  Yokohama is my hometown.  I am fluent in Japanese, Hajimemashite! I like Latin and ballroom dance.  I love Italian food, hamburgers, noodles, and bread.  I also like animals a lot, especially cats and dogs.  

 

I teach social studies in 3 classes at Baldwin.  My classes cover Hawaiian Studies, the U.S. history, world history, economics and Humanism; a little bit of everything like pizza with lots of toppings!
