Teaching
The 2023-24 SY is my first year teaching but I have a lot of experience working with children, grades K-12, through summer programs such as Summer Pals and Summer Fun, and after school program at Iolani High School on O'ahu.

Coaching
The 2023-24 SY is my second year coaching Track and Field and HP Baldwin High School where I specialize as the jump coach.

Leadership
I have had several leadership roles in college that I feel help me in the classroom. The first is as the President of the American Marketing Association at UH Manoa. Second, I have served as the Director of Marketing and Development at KTUH.

Professionalism
After graduating from college I worked for one year (22-23) as a Buyer at Valley Isle Produce before pursuing a career in teaching.

In my free time, I enjoy a wide-range of activities. I enjoy most sports with Track and Field, and Basketball at the top of my list. Beyond this, I try to stay young by staying up to date with the most recent, as well as classic video games. Lastly, I enjoy jumping from one niche hobby to another. Some hobbies that I have tried are balloon twisting, speedcubing, poker, and many more.
One of the main reasons I pursued teaching is the fact that I feel that times are ever-changing. As a younger teacher, I realize that students face "modern problems" that need to be a priority in the classroom. My goal is to prioritize the students' needs mentally and emotionally to create the best environment for them to learn and understand the importance of learning.
