About Me...

Hi. My name is Brian Skousen and I am a new teacher here at BHS. I come from the mainland and have taught English Language Arts at all levels for the past 24 years in Arizona and New Mexico.  I have taught 9th, 10, 11, 12 and AP and accelerated and special education classes over my career.  I enjoy the classroom and bring lots pf experience and ideas into all grade levels and do my best to challenge learners to think for themselves.  I am fortunate to be in the classroom with your student and will do my best to facilitate a good year of learning for them.
