General Learner Outcomes

GLO Incorporated
In our classroom, we focus on the following outcomes throughout the year. At the end of each quarter, students use the GLO rubric to self-assess their performance, reflect, and create goals for the next step.

GLO #1 - Self-Directed Learner
Students demonstrate active participation, take initiative, and curiosity as they value the importance of the content.

GLO#2 - Community Contributor
Students show genuine respect and caring for individuals as well as groups. Students ensure that all voices are heard in the discussion.

GLO#3 - Complex Thinker
Students are engaged in high-level cognitive activities that are differentiated for individual learners.

GLO#4 - Quality Producer
Students demonstrate attention to detail and take pride in their work. Students initiate improvements by revising drafts on their own or helping peers.

GLO#5 - Effective Communicator
Students formulate many questions.

GLO#6 - Effective and Ethical User of Technology
