School Meals Program

The School Food Services Branch has recently had the following school meal program materials translated and posted to the HIDOE website:
  • Attachment J (Accommodating Children with Special Dietary Needs in School Nutrition Programs), Attachment J-1 (Special Dietary Needs Medical Form), Pork Containing Foods may be found on the Special Meal Accommodations page in 15 additional languages
  • Menu covers for After School Snack, Farm to School Breakfast & Lunch, Statewide Breakfast & Lunch are on the School Menus page in 8 additional languages (remaining languages are coming soon)
