Course Description

Yearbook is a rigorous course designed to curate an annual that captures a year’s worth of memories. Students will utilize literacy, design, and technological skills within this course to produce pages that reflect various clubs, sporting events, and activities throughout the school year. Students will have numerous opportunities to develop their professional skills and mannerisms along with the experience of working in a collaborative environment with their peers. The course will also include instruction, assignments, and assessments (formative and summative) that will be in alignment with the Common Core State Standards and course objectives. Students are encouraged to ask for additional support or clarification before submission of assessments and/or deadlines.
