                Students take the lead and set-up productive groups and take the initiative in forming lessons. They also develop clear and precise standards of conduct  where they monitor their own behavior at the same time.

                Students are productively engaged in small group work and participate in the different instructional

                groups.

                Students are engaged in high-level cognitive activities that are differentiated for individual learners.

                Students initiate or adapt activities and projects to enhance their understanding.
