7/1/2021: Due to COVID-19 and maintaining social distancing, payment of fees will be done through mail-in (preferable) starting from July 5, 2021. In person registration will be held (CASH ONLY) by appointment ONLY to those who do not have internet access. Appointments can be made at hpbaldwin.com/go/register, walk-ups are not allowed, on July 20-23 from 8am to 2pm at the admin office . If you do not have access to the internet and would like hard copies of all forms mailed to you, please call (808) 727-3200. All Covid-19 protocols will be in place. REGISTRATION INFORMATION
