- Self-Directed Learner
- Students can follow procedures that are clearly laid out by the teacher
- Students monitor their own work by measuring it against rubrics/exemplars and then apply it to future lessons/goals

- Students appear to have contributed to the development of clear Standards of conduct
- Students have seamless transitions and take responsibility for their own efficiency

- Students not only frequently assess and monitor the quality of their own work against the assessment criteria and performance standards but also make active use of that information in their learning

GLOs are embedded within the rubric and daily work provided. GLOs are also posted at the front of my classroom for daily visual reminders.
