Berdstinson Bernardo transferred from the CBI Program to the WBL Program in November. Since moving to the WBL Program he has improved in his communication skills by asking questions and asking for help when needed. He has been talking more since coming into his new classroom. He has improved his social skills and enjoys being around his classmates. He is able to work independently and knows his daily routine in the classroom.
